Modelithics announces the Guerrilla RF into the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) Program at the Sponsoring level. Through this latest collaboration, new nonlinear models will be developed for six (6) Guerrilla RF GaN HEMT power transistors. These transistors range from 15W to 150W and DC-8 GHz. The unmatched discrete GaN-on-SiC HEMT transistors are suitable for a variety of applications including cellular infrastructure, radar, communications, and test instrumentation, and can support both linear and pulse operations. Upon development, the models will be included in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight Advanced Design System and Cadence® AWR Design Environment.
