The Local Government Unit of Impasugong, Bukidnon has officially inaugurated two Smart Tourism Waiting Sheds, providing residents, commuters, and visitors with safer, more comfortable, and more convenient waiting areas. Each 16-seater structure incorporates the official colors of the Impasugong tribal emblem, reflecting the town’s rich Higaonon heritage. Designed with smart commuter amenities, the sheds are equipped with cellphone charging stations, tourism information maps with QR codes, and a bus signaling system that allows passengers to activate a flashing exterior light, alerting approaching bus drivers that someone is waiting to board.

Detailed Information Maps: Feature dedicated QR Codes for “Where to Sleep,” “Where to Go,” “Where to Eat,” and “Where to Guide,” allowing travelers to instantly scan and access local travel information on their phones.

Bus Signaling System: Commuters and tourists waiting for a bus can press a dedicated button inside the shed. This activates a flashing exterior light, providing a clear visual signal to incoming passenger bus drivers that a passenger is waiting to board.

Charging Stations: The structure is equipped with accessible cellphone charging outlets, allowing commuters to power their mobile devices while waiting.
