Gardner is honoured to have received the Silver Employer Recognition Scheme award at last nights East Midlands Reserve Forces and Cadets Association black tie event.
Jackie Storer, VP HR and Governance and Flying Officer Luke Bateson our Head of Digital Transformation, were presented the award by Toby Dennis, Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire.
The Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Awards recognise organisations that have demonstrated support to reservists, veterans, cadet force adult volunteers and military families.
