Chevrolet Equinox EV Sales in the United States
Chevrolet began delivering the Equinox EV in the spring of 2024 and the ramp was quick. After three opening months in the low hundreds, monthly volume cleared 3,000 units in July 2024 and finished the year at 6,493 in December, the strongest single month the nameplate has recorded. The 2024 total of 28,873 units therefore covers April onward rather than a full year. The 2025 figure of 32,860 is also incomplete: the dataset carries no July, August or September, so the true full-year total is higher than the number shown and the year-over-year gain above is understated. The months that are present still describe the shape of the year clearly. The Equinox EV averaged better than 4,600 units a month across the first half of 2025, then recorded 1,769, 1,638 and 1,704 in October, November and December, the quarter immediately after the federal clean vehicle tax credit stopped being available for vehicles acquired past 30 September 2025. Volume has since settled at a steadier level, with 16,249 deliveries through June 2026 against the 27,749 booked over the pre-expiry first half of 2025.
