Denmark 4-Head Counter-Pressure and Atmospheric Glass Bottle Filling Machine

The 4-head glass bottle filling machine is designed for operations that need to switch between different bottle formats without using a large fully automatic filling line. Four filling heads allow multiple bottles to be processed in each cycle, while the semi-automatic configuration keeps operation straightforward.

For products requiring pressure filling, the machine uses a 5 Bar counter-pressure filling process. This configuration is specified for the customer’s champagne filling application. Another bottle type uses atmospheric filling and does not require capping, allowing the same machine to accommodate different production requirements.

The integrated capping function is used for the three specified bottle types. With four bottle formats covered by one machine, the equipment provides a practical solution for small-batch or diversified beverage production.
