The project was manufactured according to a 35-calendar-day production schedule from July 1 to August 5, 2026. The manufacturing process covered technical confirmation, material preparation, CNC cutting, tank forming and welding, jacket fabrication, internal polishing, insulation, component installation, and final assembly.
To maintain the delivery schedule, MICET arranged several production operations in parallel. Two polishing teams worked in shifts to avoid delays in the internal polishing stage, while daily production meetings were used to track progress and address potential bottlenecks.
Before delivery, each tank underwent pressure testing, mixing system testing, instrument commissioning, and airtightness inspection. The jackets were tested at 0.196 MPa, and any identified issues were corrected and rechecked before final acceptance.
