Sydney’s Maybe Cocktail Festival is back for its third year, running from 7–13 April 2025. The festival will bring some of the world’s most celebrated bars and bartenders to the city’s top venues for a week of expertly crafted cocktails, international talent, and world-class hospitality.
Co-founder of the Maybe Group, Stefano Catino, says the event offers a rare chance to experience elite cocktail culture without leaving Sydney.
“With the cost of living and Sydney’s distance from so many of the world’s great drinking destinations, it’s not always easy to visit these bars in person. But for one week, they’re right here in our backyard. The lineup is stacked, the drinks will be flowing, and we can’t wait to see Sydney turn it on once again,” said Catino.
This year’s lineup includes renowned bars and industry legends from Argentina, Indonesia, Spain, the UK, the USA, Italy, Japan, and Mexico. Patrons can expect exclusive menus and experiences at Little Cooler, Precinct 48, Hacienda, Dean & Nancy on 22, and other top Sydney venues, offering a mix of intimate tastings, masterclasses, and high-energy events.
For the first time, Accor has come on board as the festival’s major sponsor, ensuring both local and international visitors can make the most of the week’s festivities. Accor will host events and offer exclusive accommodation deals, allowing guests to stay close to the action.
Further details, including the full lineup of bars, events, and guest appearances, will be announced in the coming months. To stay updated and gain access to event announcements, RSVP at maybecocktailfestival.com.
