ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC a national consulting firm committed to developing leaders and transforming teams in the accounting profession, is excited to announce that its annual Holiday Exercise Streak is open for registration. 
The Holiday Exercise Streak is an opportunity to focus on health and wellness by completing 1-mile of running (or the equivalent) every day starting Thanksgiving Day through New Year’s Day. If that sounds too easy, participants can join the bonus challenge that is completed in addition to the 1-mile of exercise and increases in time every week. For the 2025 bonus challenge, the activity is a wall sit progression.
“As the holidays approach, we all find ourselves juggling year-end tasks and preparing for peak work periods. The Streak is a simple yet powerful strategy to make our personal wellness a priority,” says Jennifer Wilson, Partner and Co-founder of ConvergenceCoaching. “We started the Streak to encourage others to finish the year with intention and foster community with others. We encourage firms and leaders to share the registration link widely among their team members to bond, relieve stress, and increase engagement.
