NHS England is currently involved in setting up a psychological support service for infected and affected victims of the Contaminated Blood Scandal. Under the Freedom of Information Act, please answer the following questions.

- Jewish News has highlighted the following,
NHS-Israel collaboration to deliver cutting-edge tech to improve mental health (October 18th, 2022)
Quote,
NHS will now incorporate the Israeli company Taliaz’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) software platform PREDICTIX, which offers “clinical decision support tools and patient management for psychiatrists and GPs.”
Please inform me whether there are any Israeli companies involved in any part/aspect of the proposed psychological support service for Contaminated Blood victims and if so which companies are they?
- Given that racist, apartheid Israel is carrying out a genocide against the Palestinian people, a live- streamed Gaza holocaust where families are being starved, denied medical treatment/equipment, tortured, bombed, targeted by drone quadcopter, hit by snipers and burnt alive will the government ensure Contaminated Blood victims that no Israeli company will be involved in any part of the new service for them as they are already an extremely traumatised patient group many suffering from grief, depression, anxiety and complex PTSD? I understand that there are legal implications regarding doing business, trading with a state committing genocide, plus there are surely guidelines regarding racism in the NHS which would make it extremely controversial to trade with a state practising apartheid and with racist policies.

- Given the recent Israeli attack using pagers which exploded causing serious and life changing injuries, hands blown off, holes blown in chests and loss of eyes and sight to civilians including doctors and children, what safety assessment has government carried out regarding using Israeli tech, Digital, Artificial Intelligence in our NHS? What are the safety concerns regarding interference with supply lines and the potential for Israel to weaponize any technology supplied to our NHS. We observed how quickly Netanyahu turned against Macron once he started not to comply and reviewed France’s policy on weapons to Israel.
- Has the government carried out any safety assessment with regard to data protection and confidentiality specifically related to Israeli companies.
- Has the government considered what the psychological impact on infected and affected Contaminated Blood victims might be of using Israeli tech or other companies within our NHS given that Israel is carrying out a genocide and the trauma our haemophiliacs have already suffered. Will haemophiliacs be used as lab rats for Israeli companies? We have seen how Israel uses Palestinians as a testing ground.
