Non-Endemic Brands are Embracing the CTV Home Screen


As consumer adoption of streaming continues to grow, so does the size of the ad opportunity on CTV operating system home screens. Ed Wale, VP International at LG Ad Solutions, says in the UK alone, LG now sees nearly 500 million ad opportunities on the home screen each month.

These placements are popular with CTV app owners and media brands, who can use home screen ads to funnel users directly through to their content. But Wale says non-endemic brands are also embracing home screen ads as part of their wider TV buys. Filmed at New Video Frontiers in London.
