Delta Air Lines CRJ900 makes crash landing in Toronto


A Delta Connection flight operating from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) encountered an incident upon landing, prompting an emergency response at the airport.

The flight, DL4819, was operated by an Endeavor Air Bombardier CRJ900, registered N932XJ, on behalf of Delta Air Lines. The aircraft departed MSP at 11:47 local time and touched down in Toronto at 14:13 local time.

Pictures and footage shared on social media show the fuselage of the aircraft upside down on the runway, with both wings severed.
