There are few voices that move a room quite like Mandisi Dyantyis. There are even fewer artists who can sell out a venue not just once, but again and again, leaving audiences both breathless and emotional.
So, without further ado, this July Mandisi Dyantyis returns with his most ambitious live experience yet—Symphonic Celebration—a transcendent orchestral collaboration that promises to etch itself into South Africa’s musical memory.
In a limited run that spans just three nights only, Mandisi Dyantyis will take to the stage with a full symphony orchestra lifting his already powerful compositions into a realm of majesty and magnificence.
He starts his journey on the 11th and 12th of July 2025 at the beloved Artscape Opera House, joined by by the acclaimed Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra.
The 65-piece ensemble will breathe new dimension into Mandisi Dyantyis’ revered works, from fan favourites off Cwaka and Somandla, to the soul-stirring new material from his highly anticipated project Intlambululu.
On the 19th of July 2025 he goes to Johannesburg for an exclusive performance at Emperors Palace Centre Court, in partnership with Real Wired Music and Emperors Palace where he will be joined by another 50-piece orchestra.
These shows are no doubt going to be beautiful, and we really can’t wait to hear Mandisi Dyantyis breathe new life into his already soul-stirring music.
