We seek to help aviation operators find use cases that are proven and can work at scale; review and ready their data and governance; move beyond pilots to implementation; and scale what works.

Soar.AI Summit & Demo Day
SimpliFlying + Dooks Capital will host the inaugural Soar.AI Summit & Demo Day on 21 September 2026 at 11 am, dedicated to the future of aviation. It will be hosted at King’s Cross London and will stream online.
The event is free to attend and will bring together the most exciting AI startups, aviation executives and investors together to spark meaningful conversations and accelerate innovation.
What makes the Demo Day different is the quality of interaction. Rather than talking at one another, founders, operators, investors, and mentors will think together, exploring practical applications of AI, exchanging honest feedback, and building partnerships that extend beyond the Summit.
Sign-ups are coming in thick and fast. We already have a strong mix of senior aviation, travel and technology leaders, from CEOs, founders and C-suite executives to senior strategy, innovation, commercial and technology roles.
