There’s an unmistakable rice-ness to this beer, with a flavor that is hard to describe but easy to place — slightly sweet and cantaloupe-tinged, with notes of toasted biscuits, honey grahams, and sesame oil. It tastes like a fortune cookie — which is probably, well, exactly the point — with a sweet finish that, again, leans hard into melon. Call it honeydew here, or Asian pear, maybe.
