As this is our last issue for 2025, we’d like to take the opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to all our readers and subscribers for supporting SIN and the sake world over the past year.
It’s been another year filled with hurdles and obstacles thrown at the industry, however the upside is the quality of sake has never been better and overall it’s been a thoroughly rewarding year for fans of sake.
Regardless of where you are or what you do at this time of year, we hope you will enjoy a safe and happy holiday season and that you will find time to make sake a part of your celebrations.
We look forward to seeing you all in 2026 – the year of the horse!
