With over 19 years in practice, I bring a wide range of energetic tools and a deep understanding of the body, organ systems, and meridians to help restore balance and harmony. While acupuncture has long been my primary modality, I also offer gentle yet powerful ways to shift energy—no needles required.

Each session is a personalized healing experience designed to engage all five senses.                      I use a combination of:

• Light touch
• Essential oils
• Tuning forks on acupuncture points
• Guided meditation

These tools help the nervous system relax, reduce stress hormones, and support the release of “feel-good” neurochemicals. This process encourages your body and mind to unwind from the tension and worries of daily life, creating space for deeper peace and clarity.
