Wellbeing Wisdom with Trish: Exercise Classes for Autumn


My exercise classes are back, starting week commencing 11th September. There is a change of day for my Yoga for All classes. They will now be on Wednesday mornings at 11am.

Chair Yoga is Wednesdays 2.30pm

Stretch & Strengthen is Thursdays 5pm
