Your best bet is to drop by around lunchtime, as they serve a selection of divine dishes from the rotating menu from noon. Pro tip: It’s also a fun idea to combine your visit with the NXT Museum, located right next to Café Restaurant Metro.

Nieuwe lievelings van het team achter Metro!
Ik neem je mee naar @caferestaurantsandberg waar je 7 dagen per week kunt lunchen in Amsterdam alsof het weekend is.

1, 2 & 3) Zet een bezoek aan het @stedelijkmuseum maar op je lijstje. Rondje langs de nieuwe Kiefer tentoonstelling en daarna koffie bij het nieuwe @fonda.amsterdam (als je Museumkaart hebt kun je gratis naar het café op de 1e).
4) Daarna uitgebreid lunchen bij @caferestaurantsandberg (ook nieuw, van het team achter Metro in Noord!). Dikke aanrader!
5) Eerste soft serve van dit jaar 🍦.
6, 7 & 8) Spontaan op woensdagmiddag naar het strand en bitterballen en vino in de zon bij @republiekbloemendaal
9 & 10) Saturdays well spent: met de boys naar Het Rijk Der Farao’s bij @fabriquedeslumieres.
11) Ik bestel bijna nooit meer eten, want: valt altijd tegen… Maar voor @sushi.fanatics maak ik een uitzondering. 🥢
12 & 13) Kleine reminder om op zondag vaker te gaan wandelen (buiten de stad) en gezellig ergens iets drinken. Hier zijn we op de heide bij Blaricum. Daarna wat gedronken bij de @deeendracht.blaricum op het terras in de zon (maar geen foto, haha). Tips voor andere leuke terrassen in de natuur welkom!
14) Lunchen met @moniquevanloon bij het nieuwe @bistrofeline.

Dit koude weer is echt PERFECT voor deze spot in De Pijp! Bij restaurant @heemelrijck schuif je namelijk aan voor traditionele Hollandse gerechten in een ouderwets bruin café interieur. Lekker cosy ✨. En zorg dat je ruimte hebt voor een wentelteefje als dessert. Die zijn daar the best!

Wat er achter de schermen bij Your Little Black Book allemaal gebeurt? Tijd voor een nieuwe update! Februari was kort, leuk en is echt voorbij gevlogen!
Nieuwe hotspots en gezellige industry events… met de lentezon is het leven gewoon een stuk leuker. In februari haal ik ook altijd de bezem door alles wat niet meer nodig is. Van closet cleaning tot het opruimen van de back-end van de website en de weg vrijmaken voor nieuwe plannen.
Afgelopen maand zat ik veel bij developpers en er komen zulke toffe dingen aan!

PS: Deze update komt iets later dan gepland, omdat ik een kleine ingreep heb gehad. Gelukkig bijna weer helemaal up and running :-).

2) MEXICO STAD PREPPINGS
Pinch me! Dit jaar gaat er eindelijk een Mexico City Little Black Book komen. De voorpret begint voor mij altijd met het boeken van de restaurants. @pujolrestaurant here we come!

3) WSET2 GEHAALD
CHEERS! Want mijn WSET2 diploma dat ik via @amsterdamwineacademy haalde, is in de pocket. Dat ik goed wijn kan drinken wist ik al, maar nu mag ik er ook best op niveau iets van vinden. Welke food gerelateerde cursus ik hierna ga doen? Misschien iets met snijtechnieken, brood of de diepte in bij een Aziatische keuken. Tijd vrijmaken voor dit soort zelfontwikkeling waar je zelf echt blij van wordt, zou iedereen zichzelf moeten gunnen.
4) SHOP DRANG
Met lentekriebels de stad in gaan is zó gevaarlijk, dus ging ik naar huis met tassen vol nieuwe kleding. Eerst ruimte in mijn kast gemaakt en weer heel veel opgestuurd naar @sellpy. Sowieso een dikke aanrader voor iedereen die ongemerkt wil sparen voor een leuke reis of een bucketlist diner bij een bijzonder restaurant. Ik deelde dit al eerder: spullen die je niet gebruikt gewoon direct verkopen. Met de code ‘anne2’ kun je bij Sellpy nu 2 gratis tassen aanvragen!
5) THUISWERKLUNCH

Dit is de coolste boottrip ever! En ik heb heel wat boten van binnen en van buiten gezien tijdens 13 jaar Your Little Black Book ;-).
Al zou je maar één ding doen tijdens je vakantie op Bonaire, dan moet het een tour met de @aquaspacebonaire zijn!
Een zeilboot met historie, want het is een oude expeditie zeilboot van Jacques Cousteau die in de 80ies gebruikt is om de onderwaterwereld van walvissen te bestuderen.
Tijdens een tocht met de Aquaspace is die rijke historie nog steeds voelbaar!
⚓️De zeilboot is door de Nederlandse kapitein Peter, zijn dochter Jiske en haar vriend Sven onder handen genomen en is nu te boeken voor een hele bijzondere tour langs de koraalriffen van Bonaire.
Wij maakten de Sunset cruise en dat is echt de perfecte afsluiter van de dag! Kijk maar aan het einde van deze video 😍.
Tijdens de tocht met de Aquaspace kan er ook gesnorkeld worden, maar ik vond het samen kijken naar de vissen in de buik van het schip al zo speciaal… 🐠 ik zou morgen weer terug willen!
Deze unieke experience wil je echt saven in je eigen LITTLE BLACK BOOK 📓 voor als je ooit naar Bonaire🦩gaat.

Vandaag een terrasje pakken? Zet @leo_goudvisch in Amsterdam-Oost maar op je lijstje deze lente!
Deze nog vrij nieuwe bistro is één van de vaste adresjes bij mij in de buurt, waar ik in het weekend graag heen ga met de boys voor lunch of een borreltje op het (verwarmde) terras. Helemaal nu de zon zich weer vaker laat zien!
Wat je wilt bestellen om te delen voor de lunch?
🍴BURRATA
gele biet, vijgen, pistache en citroenvinaigrette

met ‘Frites uit Zuyd’

met mosterdvinaigrette
En mijn absolute favoriet:

geroosterde aubergine, tomaat, pesto parmezaan en mozzarella
☀️ Dit is ook een fijn plekje met de kids, want het terras is afgezet en de stoep fiets-vrij. Op de borrelkaart niet alleen ingewikkelde snacks, maar ook gewoon een goede bitterbal of een mini-frikandelletje en dat vinden ze toch het lekkerst 😎.
Als je het mij vraagt best of both worlds met die lekkere lunch- en avondkaart ernaast!
Onthouden dus, want de lente en een seizoen vol terrasdates met vriend(inn)en staat voor de deur 🥰.

Een niet te missen restaurant op Bonaire?
Deze week was ik terug bij @brassboerbonaire en het was weer zó heerlijk!
Dit fijne plekje met uitzicht op zee komt uit de koker van Jonnie & Thérèse Boer van De Librije*** in Zwolle.
Voor diner is dit één van de reserveringen op het eiland die je ver van tevoren moet maken, maar voor de lunch kun je meestal nog wel terecht. En dat is een dikke aanrader!
Wij schoven aan voor een heerlijk 3-gangen lunchmenu en in deze nieuwe video zie je precies wat we allemaal hebben gegeten. Ze hebben zelfs een kidsmenu 🥰!
Binnenkort deel ik nog veel meer FOOD-tips in het nieuwe Bonaire Little Black Book dat ik voor @bonairetoerisme maak, dus houd @yourlbb in de gaten.
