Tell Me What You Think

Ok, you’ve been reading about Action Streams for nearly five weeks. I’ve made the case that traditional methods of finding new customers are either obsolete (lists, catalog co-ops) or are either becoming less effective or more costly (Paid Search, Paid Social). This means we likely need to participate in the ecosystem our customers/prospects reside in.

I’ve made the case that “campaigns” are increasingly outdated, being replaced by “events” that seed our customer/prospect ecosystems with content and interest that brings customers to our owned properties. Once the customer arrives at an owned property (i.e. our website), we act via Action Streams to quickly convert the customer to a purchase.

Now it is time for your feedback.

In the next week-ish I’ll release a new booklet about Action Streams.

Early next week, I’ll launch my Action Streams product … something you’ll likely purchase given your feedback over the past five weeks. So, it’s time to obtain more feedback from you.

  • If your company were to hire me to do something related to what I call “Action Streams”, what would the project look like?
    • How much would the project cost?
    • What elements of what you’ve read would you want me to work on?
    • What are the special touches that are unique to your business that I would focus on?
    • What am I missing?
    • What do you think is actionable, and what is not actionable?

Please send me an email ([email protected]) with your thoughts. By early next week, I’ll release the Action Streams product.

Thanks,

Kevin

P.S.:  I spent time last fall working on Reactivation projects with clients. This is what became of Reactivation projects. If you want to properly reactivate a customer, you need an Action Steam to make it happen.
