Yes, something huge happened in my life. Yes, it is going to be ok. The thing about both of these is that I am a woman of God. This means I am resilient and I am strong. Nothing can break my resolve because I know in Whom I believe. Just because someone breaks your heart doesn’t mean you crumble. The key is not focusing on being strong, the key is focusing on God’s ability to heal and restore. That’s why I wanted to write about scriptures for women of God.
In times of life’s duress, nothing comforts like God’s Word. His Word is powerful and even cuts to the heart of the issues in people that hurt us, as well as the issues in our own lives that often make the hurts possible.
What are the scriptures for women of God rooted in? They are verses from God’s Word that meet women where they are. Just like the Bible as a whole, they are living and evergreen.
That’s what this list is.
Scriptures for Women of God: Hope, Strength & Healing
Whatever life situation you are in. I want you to find peace by anchoring your heart in truth.
Don’t anchor it in the latest Jay Shetty video or some expert’s view. Anchor it in firm, infallible truths that can only come from Jesus.
The scriptures for women of God that I found I’ve divided into categories.
Shucks, life happens in categories. I heard someone say they view their life in chapters.
I sort of love that.
As a woman past middle age (I think), I have had my previous chapters be discovery, pain, loss, and betrayal. Each of these was in my twenties!
My current “chapter” is called “knowing.”
Knowing who I am. What I will allow in my life and who should be in it. But that’s another blog post.
Anyway, these scriptures for women of God will minister to you whatever chapter you are in.
Here is a quick guide with 15 go-to Bible verses organized into 5 clear categories for your daily walk.

2. Verses for Clear Guidance
When you face uncertain paths, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Sample Prayer Aligning with scriptures for women of God
A Prayer for the Woman Seeking Strength
Lord, when my heart feels weary and insecurity whispers that I am not enough, remind me of who You say I am. Restore what feels broken, lead my steps when the road ahead is uncertain, and anchor my mind in Your unshakable hope. Clothe me in Your strength today so I can step into tomorrow with confidence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
