Two types of skills

• Custom skills: Describe in plain language your preferences and standards for a specific task or outcome, and Clio Work saves those directions as a reusable skill. Building skills is as easy as starting a conversation with Clio Work. You can also dive deep into specific edits in the Skills editor.
• Pre-loaded skills: Built by Clio, skills like “discovery review” and “memo drafting” are available to use right away to get you started.
