Thirsty Buffalo Brewing Company to close their doors
Wesley Chapel’s Thirsty Buffalo Brewing Company has announced that they will be closing their doors with the last day of service as Saturday, August 29th.

This is not a post we ever imagined writing. After a wild three‑year ride with Thirsty Buffalo and 15 years in the craft beer industry we’ve made the difficult decision to close Thirsty Buffalo Brew Factory, Craftek, and our taproom.
We know what you’re thinking “wow, another brewery closing.” We’ve seen every joke, headline, and comment and the reality is this industry is brutal. Despite months of trying everything, and building a brand supporting both craft beer and non-alcoholic drinks alike, we couldn’t find a path forward due to circumstances out of our control.
To our customers: More than anything, we want this message to be one of gratitude instead of one of sadness. To every person who supported us, thank you. This space is nothing without the community that helped build it and we will forever be grateful for your support.
And to our team: they gave this place its personality, humor, heart, and reputation.
They’ve worked through long days, changing plans, difficult challenges, and more than a few crazy ideas. They’ve continued to show up, take pride in their work, and care deeply about the people and products we served. We will always be proud of what they accomplished.
For us, this moment closes 15 years in craft beer. Years full of lessons, remarkable people, and memories our family will always treasure. Our doors close August 29th. Come grab a beer, share a memory, and help celebrate everything we’ve built together. We leave this chapter humbled, appreciative, and proud of what we created.
Most of all, we’re proud that we built something worth missing.
