Photographer, Videographer, and Illustrator, Flash Spacey, placed as second runner-up in the African Artist contest, with their abstract interpretation titled, Face of Africa. A beautiful African woman’s profile can be seen as her crop of hair falls down to complete the shape of the continent. Nestled inside of the continent’s silhouette appears to be a village. Very well done and thought out. By far, one of my favorite pieces among all of the submissions.
