A German has admitted to killing 100 patients who were in his care. On the first day of his trial Neils Hoegel, 41, admitted he killed patients at two hospitals in the country. He told the court that the charges against him were accurate. The charges stem from his time at two hospitals in Oldenburg and Delmenhorst from 1999 to 2005. The victims were age 34 and 96.
