Most of Rogue Ales crumbled empire had already been reclaimed by the sea of Oregon beer and the constant churn of death and rebirth. Rogue Ales old Astoria Pier location is back in action, so is their Newport Bayfront, even the newer Salem pub is coming back to life. For whatever reason Portland has not shown their in town locations so much love, as the Rogue PSU Beer Hall location is vacant as is their Eastside Public House which was once home to the Green Dragon Pub.
Rogue Eastside Pub still contains most of the infrastructure including a 15 barrel brewing system. There is a range hood and dishwashing area in the kitchen. A large walk-in cooler is available and lots of storage in the warehouse area. The building has vaulted ceilings with skylights and a Belmont street facing patio beer garden that could also be great for food trucks.
Rogue Beer Hall at PSU is for lease at 4,400 sq. ft. indoors below The Vue apartments and 1,310 sq. ft. of patio space. There is a full restaurant/kitchen build-out, full bar, plenty of seating, and a great location basically on the Portland State University campus, and near the southeast park blocks, and Portland Art Museum.
