
Job Responsibilities:
● Perform complete mechanical watch service and repair in accordance with established technical standards, procedures, and defined tolerances
● Diagnose functional, aesthetic, and performance-related issues and execute regulated adjustments, and perform final timing
● Perform final quality control checks to confirm all services meet our standards
○ Ensure all components, gaskets, assemblies, and final casing meet specification prior to delivery
○ Conduct, document, and validate all required testing, including water resistance, rate performance, and functional checks
● Use tools, equipment, and systems responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workshop environment consistent with luxury service standards
● Participate in ongoing training, skills development, and continuous improvement of workshop processes, equipment, and standards
● Utilize Collectible’s Service OS to track in progress services
● Provide expert watchmaker’s perspective to enhancing Collectible’s software and
experience
Qualifications:
● Formal training in watchmaking, CW21 certification, or equivalent professional
experience.
● Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to pass required bench and technical
evaluations.
● Comfort working within defined procedures, documentation systems, and quality
standards.
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000/year, production based bonus, health benefits and company equity
