Ingredients 

  • 4 Boneless chicken thigh
  • 7 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour or All purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  • Slice the chicken thigh into bite size and put it in a mixing bowl.

  • To that, you add 4 grated garlic, salt and the oregano. Mix it around and let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight for best flavor.

  • When you are ready to cook, heat a heavy bottom pan. Add 1 tablespoon butter and oil. Once it heats up, scatter the chicken pieces and let it sear on both the side. Then take it off the pan.
  • To the same pan, add the rest of the butter and rest of the garlic (sliced or grated). Stir it around to cook the garlic for 1 minute.

  • Add the flour and stir it around to cook the flour. Then pour water and whisk to make a thick sauce.

  • Add the fried chicken back to the pan and stir it around to coat the sauce to the chicken bites.

  • Serve the chicken bites warm, garnished with chopped cilantro leaves or parsley leaves.
