Black Desert starts new guild league season on PC, winds up for tonight’s Calpheon Ball on mobile

This week in Black Desert is a little bit jumbled around across the sandbox’s three versions. With the year ending and the way this year has been, perhaps that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise, but regardless we’re once again raking in all of the updates fit to print for the game. Let’s get to it.

We’ll start with BDO PC, which is headlined with the start of the next guild league season, bringing with it a new rotation of battlefields and plenty of rewards for those guilds who participate in the brawl. On the subject of PvP activities, another balancing has arrived to guild galleys in the Blue Battlefield that include increased damage taken by the ship. Finally of note are a suite of changes to classes and the looming graduation period for seasonal characters starting December 18th.

Over on BDO Mobile, the big news there is the upcoming Calpheon Ball presentation, which is scheduled to start tonight, December 12th, at 10:00 p.m. EST. Otherwise, Pearl Abyss is providing preliminary details of next week’s patch, which brings some new nightmare instances and wraps up the summer season pass.

Finally over on BDO Console, this week’s patch is mostly about parity with the PC version, bringing push/pull tweaks for classes, Justin Bartali’s quest log, new difficulty levels for certain Black Shrine bosses, and emblem and gear rewards for Arena of Solare participants.
