Cambridge Psychology Group provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults with OCD, anxiety disorders, BDD, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. We’re excited to share several new opportunities for individuals and families in our community.
We’re expanding our Child Division with our specialized BRAVE Crew programs led by Dr. Moselle Campbell and designed to help youth develop coping skills, build confidence, and make meaningful progress.
BRAVE Crew Intensive Program supports youth with significant anxiety and OCD through individual therapy, daily exposure practice, and group skills training. Primarily offered after school, the program provides flexible enrollment to accommodate families’ schedules and allows children and teens to practice skills in real time with individualized support.
BRAVE Crew Group is a weekly skills group that gives elementary-aged children a supportive space to build friendships while learning CBT strategies for managing anxiety. Through interactive activities, children strengthen coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence while connecting with peers who may be experiencing similar challenges. The group meets Wednesday evenings in Arlington.
We are also welcoming new participants to our Adult OCD Skills & Support Groups, held Wednesdays or Thursdays at 12 PM via Zoom. Led by our Director of Clinical Training, Dr. Beth Shikatani, the groups offer a supportive environment to gain insight, build practical skills, and connect with others who understand the challenges of OCD. Sessions focus on sharing experiences, celebrating progress, setting actionable goals, and developing skills rooted in CBT and ACT.
We are accepting clients for our Adult Intensive CBT Program for Anxiety & OCD, a structured, accelerated, and individually tailored program designed to help clients jump-start treatment or build momentum in their recovery through focused Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Whether beginning treatment, restarting after a break, or seeking to deepen existing gains, this one-on-one program offers a comprehensive and supportive path forward.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Jonah Kildon, PsyD, and Valerie Everett, PhD, to our practice! Dr. Kildon specializes in CBT for youth and young adults, incorporating ERP, ACT, and DBT skills to address concerns including OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sleep difficulties. Dr. Everett provides evidence-based care for anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, traumatic stress, and related concerns. She draws from CBT, ERP, ACT, family systems, DBT, and SPACE, with a warm, collaborative approach that helps children and families feel supported and understood.
We look forward to continuing to support individuals and families of all ages with a deep commitment to evidence-based care and kind, empathic, and affirming support for our clients.”
