Job Description:
Bahl & Bajaj, an IP boutique law firm specialising in intellectual property prosecution and litigation, is inviting applications for the position of Associate at its New Delhi office. The role offers exposure to trademark, copyright, design, and patent matters, along with IP litigation, enforcement strategies, arbitration, and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with IP prosecution and litigation matters
• Drafting, filing, and managing trademark, copyright, design, and patent applications
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and advisory notes
• Drafting pleadings, submissions, notices, and other legal documents
• Supporting litigation before courts and tribunals
• Coordinating with senior lawyers and clients
• Attending hearings as required
• Supporting IP enforcement strategies and arbitration-related matters
• Maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. or equivalent law degree
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, opinions, notices, and agreements
• Knowledge of intellectual property law, including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents
• Interest in IP prosecution and enforcement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IP, litigation, or a law firm environment is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and collaborative approach
• Willingness to learn and work closely with senior team members
