SUNDAY’S COMING! LETS NOT FORGET, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY! – The Godly Chic Diaries

As we look forward to Sunday’s celebration, let’s not forget the significance of Friday and Saturday. Hope dawned on Sunday, but it was preceded by darkness and despair. On Friday, Jesus bore the weight of our sins, suffered the death we deserved, and breathed His last. On Saturday, His lifeless body lay in the tomb. Yet, in this darkness, God’s justice and love shone brightly. His wrath was satisfied on the Cross, and His steadfast love was displayed through His Son’s sacrifice. Let’s remember how Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies through His birth, life, suffering, and sacrifice, paving the way for the triumph of Sunday.

As Sunday’s joy approaches, let’s not overlook the significance of Friday’s sorrow and Saturday’s stillness. Let’s take a moment to reflect, to mourn, and to acknowledge the weight of our sins. Though we won’t linger there, it’s essential to confront the darkness that Jesus endured, to feel the depth of our own hopelessness without Him. For in that moment, death seemed victorious, but ultimately, it was defeated by the power of resurrection.

As Sunday’s joy approaches, let’s not forget the profound love of God revealed through Jesus’ suffering on the cross. There’s no one like Him – the ultimate, once-and-for-all sacrifice. The Lamb of God was slain, but death couldn’t hold Him. Let’s pause to reflect on the significance of each moment, magnifying Jesus in all we do, and giving Him the glory He deserves.

Sunday’s coming, but don’t forget to remember yesterday and today. Jesus is worthy, and every part of His suffering and crucifixion is important for our salvation. Amen! God bless!🤗🙏❤️

Blessings and love…🤗🙏❤️
