- Cook pasta in salted boiling
water for 10 minutes, until pasta is cooked, reserving some pasta water. - In a saucepan, fry chorizo on
medium heat until nice and crispy - Season prawns with Chilli Lime
asauté on medium heat in in the same saucepan for 3 minutes, adding your
shallot and cooking down before adding your white wine to deglaze the pan. - Add cream, passata and chesse
stirring until combined. - Mix pasta and other saucepan
together and stir. - Serve on a place with fresh
parsley - Enjoy
