These burnt ends did not disappoint! Been seeing the poor mans burnt ends going around. Decided to give it a go! . . ⬇️⬇️⬇️ @revolutionbbq . This is my interpretation Chuck roast 3lb Seasoned with Revolution BBQ Texas Beef Rub Smoked at 250°F for a few hours until IT hit 175° Then foil wrapped until temp hit 195° Cut into cubes, placed in a foil pan with our favorite bbq sauce letting that set. Pulled off the smoker and let it rest.
