Superfood Salad

Superfood salad!

Ingredients
- 3 x handfuls of kale
- 200g x Steamed or roasted Chicken
- 8x Strawberries
- (*lemon as dressing)
Directions

Step 1
Pan fry chicken breast or thigh strips in a little olive oil -
Step 2
Once chicken is cooked, place in all washed Kale until kale is soft -
Step 3
Stir in cut strawberries (in halves) -
Step 4
Squeeze a little lemon and enjoy!
