Ultimate Italian Grinder Sliders
These Italian Grinder Sliders are full of all the delicious flavors that you know and love from your local sub shop, but made at home. Soft slider rolls are piled high with savory Italian meats, melty cheese, and a creamy, tangy grinder salad, then baked until everything is warm and gooey. They have all the flavors of a classic Italian grinder in a fun, shareable little sandwich.
I love recipes like this for busy days because they come together without much fuss and are easy to serve for dinner, game day, parties, or a casual weekend lunch. The combination of crisp, creamy grinder topping with warm ham, salami, pepperoni, and melted cheese makes these sliders especially satisfying—and you can have a whole pan ready to share in no time.

Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the rolls. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
Combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
