The latest spot is Swagyu Burger.

I loved the Swagyu burger I tried at their now closed Pacific Beach location.

This visit I tried the triple american wagyu burger.

Sadie Rose bun was toasted and had a nice mild flavor, soft, and fluffy.  Lettuce was crisp and had a mild flavor.  Tomato was fresh and juicy.  Wagyu was tender and had a nice beefy flavor.

This was a pretty good burger.  I would have loved it with the addition of some bacon to add a smoky and salty flavor.

Onion rings were crunchy and had lots of fried onion flavor.  I noticed they used fresh very high quality oil as there was no bitter after taste.

Staff was friendly and efficient.  Swagyu uses very high quality ingredients.  I love the bread from Sadie Rose.
