Take this new rumor with a grain of salt but a new toy release has some wondering what book Doom is holding. The theory is that this is the Word of God, an ancient text left on Earth by a wayward alien traveler. If this is true it would kind of make sense and no, God as we know it has nothing to do with it.

In this issue Doctor Doom’s small connection to the book is explained. Doom sends out his Doombots to search for relics, something that could easily be done in the upcoming film. If we are to believe that he has somehow imprisoned Clea it would make sense that he acquired her in the Dark Dimension, the last place she was seen in the MCU.

The Author is an alien entity and the book is his technology, tech that he mistakenly left on Earth. I suspect Doom uses this tech to imprison other magic users for his own designed. The words if god, when spoken, ingrain themselves on your bones. It’s the ultimate prison. Doom is likely the man who finds the book in an effort to change reality and to become a God, but it could easily play out how it does for Sir Issac Newton in this series.
