Warm water
Firstly, prepare warm water and pour it into the bathtub. Secondly, add 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and 5-6 drops of essential oil such as lavender or tea tree oil. You can also prepare water yourself from rock salt, lemon juice and baking soda. Feet must be soaked in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. Foot Mask
If you have cracked heels, you can make a foot mask with honey and coconut oil. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix well and apply it to your feet for 15 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water.

For a foot scrub, mix coffee powder, rice flour, and gram flour. After removing dead skin, rinse with plain water.
Moisturize
The final step is to moisturize your feet. For this, apply a foot cream or lotion from your skincare routine. Keep in mind that before doing this, thoroughly wipe your feet, especially between the toes.
How often should you do a foot detox?
If your heels are cracked and your feet are swollen and tired, a foot detox 2-3 times a week can be beneficial. If you can’t follow the entire process regularly, doing it once a month, and soaking your feet in lukewarm water 1-2 times a week can prove effective.
