The portal has released new data showing the trends that have captured the nation’s attention in 2025.
When it comes to the capital, Wimbledon, Fulham, and Chiswick are the most-searched London locations for buyers.
For those looking for a sea view, Bournemouth, Eastbourne, and Worthing topped the list as the most searched for coastal areas in 2025.
And for those dreaming beyond UK shores, Spain, France, and Dubai were the most-searched-for overseas destinations, with Portugal and Italy close behind.
