Sometimes we Americans forget that motorsports of all kinds are going on around the world. Having just finished up a trip to Sweden for Street Week 2026, I can tell you that even motorsports we have invented are big everywhere else too. But we didn’t invent them all. In fact, many of our races started over there. And while I’m not sure who the first guy was to tie their tractor to a bunch of weight to see how far he could pull it, I’m sure there was some neighbor farmer who immediately said something along the lines of “Hold my beer, I’m going to take a shot at this!” And tractor pulling was born.
