Movandi has announced the MV3564 and MV3514 frequency synthesizers, two pin- and feature-compatible devices for wireless infrastructure, AI data center links and physical AI systems. The parts are specified at 75 fs total jitter at 150 mW, include an integrated VCO, support multi-PLL frequency and phase synchronization, and provide complementary bands of 4.3-8.7 GHz and 8.6-12.3 GHz (MV3564) plus 7.76-9.84 GHz and 12.33-14.34 GHz (MV3514). For system designers, the integrated architecture can reduce board footprint and power use while supporting deterministic phase alignment across multi-chip clocking designs.
