Berhampur:The Superintendent of Police, Berhampur, to Preside over a comprehensive monthly crime seminar held every month at the District Police Office.
This seminar brought together the in-charges from all police stations, and the officers ASP,DSP and SDPO District office all branches within the jurisdiction.
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct a detailed evaluation of each unit’s performance over the past month. Which is very important?.
The Superintendent of Police meticulously reviewing the work and accomplishments of each in-charge, scrutinizing various aspects such as crime statistics, response times, case resolution rates, community engagement efforts, and adherence to departmental protocols. Following the evaluations, provided individualized feedback to ensure and to clarity on areas requiring improvement and commendation on well-executed duties.
