Hi everyone,
I’ve just applied for the First Officer position at European Air Transport (EAT) and was hoping to hear from current or former pilots about what it’s really like to work there.
I’d be grateful if anyone could share their experience regarding:
- Typical roster patterns and how predictable they are.
- Commuting possibilities and whether many pilots commute from other European countries.
- Salary progression and overall compensation package.
- Benefits and perks (travel benefits, pension, health insurance, etc.).
- Upgrade opportunities and long-term career prospects.
- Company culture and management.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated, either here or via private message if you prefer.
Thanks in advance, and safe flying!
