How to Improve Our Peace of Mind • Crystal Healing Techniques

What’s very important is that we think of seeking out the treasures of healing and wisdom in our ordinary surroundings our, everyday surroundings.

And that in things that we see and things that we experience and people that we see that’s where there’s hidden treasure.

The hidden treasures of healing and wisdom can be found also in what we call the ordinary of everyday life.

Hi there!
You are listening to the Schapera Show, and I am Neil, bringing you reports of my Shamanic Journeys to the Spirit Realm and the guidance that the benevolent Spirits give us.

So the purpose of this journey for the Schapera show is to travel to the lower world and ask the spirits to please take me to an area in the lower world where I can experience healing and wisdom.

I go into my, I go into the hollowed out tree trunk where I use the portal in the floor.

I see it energetically charging up with some moving lights and a sense of spinning and I know I just need to put myself into that portal to start my descent to the lower world.

So I go through and I’m actually hanging on the underneath of the portal. My fingertips are still holding onto the edges, not out of any reluctance to go. It’s just a a new experience.

And I let go and start very gently, but definitely going down, going lower and down and down and down and putting out my request to the benevolent, compassionate, spirit helpers of the lower world to allow me to come to the lower world and for them to please take me to an area of the lower world where I will see and experience healing and wisdom.

And I have the notion that this will be a place underground in the lower world, but that’s purely a anticipatory assumption.

And as many times before, I’m now on the back of one of my spirits who’s actually a spirit that flies between both the upper world and the lower world and I’m being carried above this landscape.

It’s sort of prehistoric looking. The areas that I’m seeing at the moment, it’s quite volcanic.

Lots of jungle.

I see the hippo lake that I’ve visited many times.

And I’m anticipating or expecting that I’ll meet one of my spirit helpers in animal form.

And I’m looking off the back of the spirit that’s carrying me wondering where we’ll land.

And we land on the sandy banks of the hippo lake.

And one of the hippos comes to me and the hippo has not been a spirit helper of mine specifically in the past, although they very often appeared and have helped.

But I’m understanding that this hippo will actually take me somewhere.

And even though in ordinary reality the hippos are very very powerful and dangerous animal, I have no anxiety or fear about getting on this hippos back and I’m curious about the feel of its skin, which is kind of a leathery with a bit of texture, actually quite a soft uh a nice feel to it.

And it’s I understand that it’s going to take me to an underwater place, a cave, I think. And I’m a little bit uh theoretically concerned about being taken under the water and how I will be able to breathe or hold my breath.

And the hippo says no problem and that I actually have to get inside it, it opens up its huge mouth and that the jaws open up enormously and I I climb in and I’m inside what’s actually a very comfortable little cozy place inside the hippo.

There’s like cushioned a red cushioned couch that I’m on. I can’t see out, there’s no windows or portals and I can hear or sense us going down under the water.

This is quite exciting, but it’s perfectly fine and inside this little room, this cosy little nook inside the hippo, it’s not its stomach, it’s a an actual little room, I can breathe fine.

And the the hippo jokes of me and says oh you want this to be like flying on a on a luxury private jet. And um I can see there’s actually a little cabinet of of drinks and um snacks.

There’s just a joke that the hippo is making with me.

It says you’re getting you’re getting the luxury trip.

And then I sense we’ve arrived somewhere and I’m looking out now through the hippo’s jaws which have opened and I I climb out and I I say thank you thank you very much for this and I’m looking around and it is like a a chamber of stones and and jewels. It’s quite

At first it seemed very bright. I didn’t feel that it was even like a cave at all.

But but that was just the entrance. So now as I wander in further, it’s takes on more of the inside of of uh a large cave.

And the walls going all the way up to the ceiling are covered in what seem to be um like jewels or treasures, and the paintings as well. It’s not at first I thought it would just be gems and jewels and stalagmites and things like that.

But they’re actually pictures and sculptures.

And and I’m understanding that this could be called a place of treasure.

And I’m trying to understand why I would be taken into a place of treasure in the light of my request to be taken to a place of of accessing healing and wisdom.

And I think I’m getting this from the hippo, although I don’t see the hippo. Uh I think the hippo is projecting a message or information to me saying we expect or I expect that something that could be called treasure would look like treasure in the stereotypical idea stereotypical image of gold and diamonds and jewels and shiny things and valuable things, paintings and gems and baubles. That’s how we usually anticipate treasure.

And the hippo is saying that treasure for humans, for me, is actually healing and wisdom.

That those are the treasures.

And the form that healing and wisdom takes is actually in our surroundings in ord ordinary everyday in middle world life.

That, yes, absolutely there are locations or places for deep deep healing and accessing deep meaningful wisdom in both the lower world and the upper world. And we should make these visits like I’m doing now.

But what’s very important is that we think of seeking out the treasures of healing and wisdom in our ordinary surroundings our, everyday surroundings.

And that in things that we see and things that we experience and people that we see that’s where there’s hidden treasure.

The hidden treasures of healing and wisdom can be found also in what we call the ordinary of everyday life.

And and especially an encounter with somebody.

But we should go into that encounter, that meeting, that interaction with a pre um thought, with a prep preparatory thought of I will find healing and wisdom in this interaction.

And I will find healing and wisdom in this place that I’m in at the moment.

And that if we have that expectation and that we’re setting that anticipatory theme, we may well find the treasures of healing and wisdom in those so-called ordinary, everyday middle world experiences.

That yes, by all means come to the spirit realm.

But remember most of your time is in the middle world.

And now this is like a cartoon. The hippo is with me and is taking me deeper into the cave where there’s a couch a, red very luxurious looking couch, kind of similar to what was inside the hippo when I traveled inside the hippo to get to this treasure cave.

And And the hippo thinks this is funny, and it’s supposed to be funny, um that this couch is going to be like a psycho-analytic couch, and I I lie on the on the couch and this is like something from an old children’s book um illustrated children’s book that I vaguely where there were drawings of hippos and elephants and this drawing of a hippo is how it shows itself to me, um sitting with one leg over the other in a notebook um as if this is the psychoanalyst and I’m lying on the

And the hippo says to me now, where shall we begin?

And I like that because it’s it’s an invitation and it’s and it’s we. It’s not where where will you begin, but it’s this is a a duo, we’re in this together, uh a sense of an exploration that we’re going to make.

And I said I say well, I did come with a purpose of requesting healing and wisdom.

And now to sort of add to the humor and I think to m put me at my ease, the the hippo starts talking in like an Austrian or Viennese like Freudian imagined accents and says there there shall we start.

And I say I’m I’m especially interested in the from the wisdom point of view of my life being purposeful.

And again this this hippo mimicking a a Viennese or Austrian, I’m not sure, psychoanalyst says ha ha and starts making notes on this notepad.

He wants to be purposeful.”

And the hippo I think it’s a he, I’ve I’ve got a sense all the while, says well better late than never.

And and I have this sense that this is a huge in the sense of a very weighty important topic leading a purposeful life.

And the hippo says that one could consider leaving a purposeful life being doing what you should do and doing what want to do, and not doing what you don’t want to do. And the don’t want to do isn’t referring to something that you don’t feel like, because that sort of feels difficult or an effort, but something that is not is really not in your best interests.

So they’re they’re the things that we should do, because that’s part of life. And then they’re the things that we want to do, that we would enjoy doing, that we would like to do, and they’re the things that we should not do.

And the hippo says, because we’re very logical creatures or capable of logic, we should be very clear about about this. And and he gives me the notepad and says, then you’ll get home and make your lists.

So he wants me to not now, but when the journey is over be, very specific about making my lists of what I should do, what I would love to do, what I want to do, and what I know I should not do.

and he says this is where wisdom intersects with healing, that leading a purposeful life is a big part of healing Certainly. for me, I mean this is this is my journey, although I always hope and want this to be a journey that’s of benefit to all the people that me narrate this journey.

And he says you’re doing a good job with your diet.

You’ve been able to do what you should do and do what you want to do and not do what you don’t want to do quite well with di with diet.

And he says he’s gonna give me a prize for that and he gives me a big hip cartoon hippo smile and all the lights in the cave shining off these jewels and gems are glistening off his teeth.

Of which the hippo has very many large ones.

And he says well done my boy, well done.

And uh and it feels good even though this is done in an extremely funny cartoonish way, it’s it’s making the atmosphere light and relaxed.

And he says that’s very important for me to know that this intersection of wisdom and healing lies in leading a purposeful life for me.

And I say I know we may be starting to run towards the end of the journey time but is there something else in the wisdom healing area that you can tell me or show me?

Mm-hmm.

And he’s saying something about the footprint that we leave on the earth.

And he says the words harmony.

Harmony, harmony.

To live in harmony.

And to recognize when we are out of harmony.

When we are thinking or behaving at odds with harmony.

And he he mentions a word that has come up a lot la lately lately in dealing with artificial intelligence.

And and he says the word is coherent.

To want to be coherent in thoughts words, deeds.

He says we’re unfortunately in brackets so, out of touch with living in a natural or instinctive way that we have to be

He’s using the word on guard um but he means more not not with a sense of anxiety or fear but um deliberateness, which also intersects with purposefulness.

We need to be on guard about what we think, say, do.

He reminds me of the there’s that the f those three monkeys see no evil, hear no evil.

And I th I think it’s say no evil.

And then he says okay, session over for today.

And I have to get off the couch and then go to the uh the ea entrance or exit of this cave and there’s this sort of beaded curtain like one might have seen in in stores, it used to be fashionable, the drums have just changed um or in um in popular mythology like going into a fortune tellers pl uh studio, a place where there’s something you could say mystical, an entrance or the exit of a mystical and and this beaded curtain I’m, just calling it that ’cause is going to be is also going to have like a healing thing, it’s like a special kind of a car wash as I go out um is a healing um dynamic.

And I can actually feel it going through me.

And he says to me, because the journey has finished, the drums have finished, he says that I can go straight back to the middle world from here. I don’t have to get back into him. And he’s he just he says all you need to g is go up. Be pur be purposeful. What do you want?

You want to go up.

Should you go up?

Yes.

Is it good for you to go up?

Yes.

And he says come and see me again.

He he didn’t say make another appointment like a psycho analyst marked, but he says come see me again.

And I just start drifting upwards and upwards and upwards.

And I’m now in space drifting up to the underside of the portal.

And I go through and now I’m on the other side of the portal and have returned to the middle world. And the journey is over.

Bye.

Okay.

Bye.

Bye.

Okay.

Thank you, Spirits. Thank you.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
