Betson’s 15th Annual Northwest Amusement Showcase Brings Regional Operators and Manufacturers Together in Portland

Betson Enterprises hosted its 15th Annual Northwest Amusement Showcase on September 22 at the Holiday Inn Portland Columbia Riverfront. The event welcomed more than 125 guests, giving operators across the region an opportunity to explore new equipment and meet with manufacturers close to home.

Attendees experienced games and products from manufacturers and suppliers including Raw Thrills, Stern, Bay Tek, and Smart Industries. Featured titles included Fallout Pinball, Stranger Things Arcade, ICEE Slush Rush, Ker Plop, and Wonka Claw. Guests also spoke directly with the Betson team about equipment choices for their locations.

“We look forward to seeing our Northwest customers here in Portland,” said Steve Lamoreaux, Regional Sales Director, Northwest. “There’s time to try things out, ask questions, and have conversations about their locations. That personal interaction is a big part of why customers come back each year.”

The program offered practical sessions on pinball maintenance and repair, building a game room around available space and earning potential, and using Betson’s customer portal and parts resources. Vending options were also covered.

This year’s showcase featured a silent auction to raise funds for One Tail at a Time PDX in memory of Betson colleague Lance Voellger, a longtime supporter of the Portland-based animal rescue.
