Sullivan & Cromwell Hires Leading IPO Lawyer Steven Hsu – Asia Law Portal
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP has announced that Steven Hsu will join the firm as a partner in its Capital Markets Group, based in Hong Kong.

Mr Hsu has advised on some of the most high-profile IPOs of leading Chinese companies. His practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including IPOs in Hong Kong and the United States, dual-primary and secondary listings, and rights offerings. He also regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. His extensive experience spans the technology, financial services, consumer goods, life sciences, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

He earned his JD from Fordham University School of Law, an LLM from Boston University School of Law, and an LLB from National Chengchi University.
