Artist Builds a Glitching, Bio-Mechanical Universe Where Electronic Music, CGI, and Body Horror Become One Continuous Story

Cat Soup is the multidisciplinary project of California-based artist and musician Logan Walden. The work brings together electronic music, 3D animation, CGI, graphic design, merch, and an evolving fictional universe called Nanophage — a strange, colourful, body-horror-inflected world where synthetic organisms, consumer technology, mutation, and internet-era surrealism all coexist.

Cat Soup does not separate music from visual art. The project’s albums, singles, music videos, tour visuals, merchandise, and digital characters all appear to belong to one shared ecosystem — one that feels like a corrupted children’s television channel, a biotech advertisement, and a nightmare found inside an old computer game at the same time.
