Amazon Prime Big Deal Days are returning on 6th–7th October 2026, and I’ll be using this page to keep track of the best Yoto Player, Yoto Mini, bundle and accessory deals as they appear.

If you’re thinking about buying a Yoto for a birthday or Christmas, this could be a particularly interesting Prime event. Yoto has only just launched the new Yoto Player 4th Gen and Yoto Mini 4th Gen, so there are now several things to watch: deals on the new generation, reductions on previous-generation players, bundles and accessories. It’s worth noting that the Gen 4 Yoto Player isn’t due to be released until mid October.
At the moment, Yoto-specific Prime Big Deal Days offers have not yet been confirmed. I’ll update this post as soon as I spot any deals going live. There’s no guarantee that there will be any deals on Yoto. What I do know is that there have been in previous years.
When Are Amazon Prime Big Deal Days 2026?
Prime Big Deal Days 2026 dates vary by country. In the UK and US, the event takes place on 6th–7th October 2026, while Amazon Australia’s event runs for seven days from 29th September–5th October 2026.
If you’re considering a Yoto for Christmas, this gives you an early opportunity to compare prices before we reach the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales later in the year.
Prime Big Deal Days offers are for Amazon Prime members, so make sure your membership is active if you plan to shop the event.
Amazon Prime Day Yoto Deals 2026
Current status: Yoto Prime Big Deal Days offers have not yet been announced.
I’ll update this section with the best Yoto offers I find as we get closer to 6th October and throughout the event itself. I’ll be watching in particular for savings on Yoto Players, Yoto Minis, bundles and accessories, as well as comparing Amazon prices against buying directly from Yoto.
It’s also worth remembering that stock levels can change quickly during big sale events. If a particular colour, player or bundle is important to you, don’t assume it will necessarily remain available for the full two days.

What Yoto Deals Should We Look Out For?
This is going to be a particularly interesting Amazon Prime event because the Yoto range has just changed quite significantly. The new Yoto Player 4th Gen and Yoto Mini 4th Gen launched in September 2026 (dispatch of Yoto Mini end of September and Yoto Player mid October), bringing several updates including the new Green Button, increased storage and updated hardware.
The Green Button is the feature that interests me most. It lets you set up a collection of favourite audio that your child can access without needing to choose and insert individual Yoto Cards. For us, anything that reduces decisions and friction around bedtime is a real positive. I can also see it being incredibly useful when travelling. However, the arrival of a new generation also means the previous Yoto models are definitely worth watching during Prime Big Deal Days. Depending on the discounts available, the best value may not necessarily be the newest player. A substantial saving on a previous-generation Yoto could make it a very attractive choice, particularly if the new Gen 4 features aren’t especially important to your family. Rather than looking only at the percentage discount, I’ll be comparing the actual price, generation, accessories included and overall value of each deal.
Will the New Yoto 4th Gen Be Reduced for Prime Big Deal Days?
We don’t know yet. I wouldn’t assume that the newly released Yoto Player 4th Gen or Yoto Mini 4th Gen will be included in Amazon’s October promotion. They are very new products, so we’ll need to wait and see what happens.
However, even if there isn’t a significant reduction on the new Gen 4 players themselves, Prime Big Deal Days could still be interesting if Amazon discounts previous-generation Yotos, bundles or accessories. I’ll update this section as soon as we know more.
Should You Wait Until Prime Big Deal Days to Buy a Yoto?
If you’re planning to buy a Yoto for Christmas and don’t need one immediately, I think it makes sense to at least compare prices for Prime Days. That doesn’t mean Amazon Prime Big Deal Days will definitely offer the cheapest Yoto price of the year. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are still to come, and Yoto also runs promotions directly through its own website (usually these work out better).
However, October gives you an opportunity to see what Amazon offers without leaving your Christmas shopping until the last few weeks of the year. For me, the key is not getting pulled in by a percentage discount alone. Before ordering, check exactly which generation of Player you’re buying, what is included in the bundle and whether you could get better overall value by purchasing directly from Yoto.
Amazon Prime Yoto Deals vs Buying Direct from Yoto
This is an important comparison to make. A cheaper headline price on Amazon doesn’t automatically mean it will be the best option for your family. When the Prime offers go live, I’d compare the Amazon price with the current Yoto direct price before ordering.

During a major sale, a promotional price may also be better than using a standard discount code, so it is always worth comparing your options before checking out.
Yoto Player or Yoto Mini?
If you’re buying your first Yoto, deciding between the full-size Yoto Player and Yoto Mini is probably more important than finding an extra few pounds off the price.
The Yoto Player is designed more for use around the home. We’ve found ours particularly useful as part of our bedtime routine, but it also works brilliantly for audiobooks, music, podcasts and activities throughout the day.
The Yoto Mini is much more portable. If you want a Yoto for travelling, car journeys, holidays or simply moving easily between rooms, the Mini may suit your family better.

Is Yoto 4th Gen Worth Paying More For?
This could become one of the most interesting questions during Prime Big Deal Days. If we see a substantial difference between the price of an older Yoto and a new 4th Gen model, you’ll need to decide how much the new features matter to you. Personally, the Green Button is the Gen 4 feature I’m most excited about.
Being able to give a child access to a smaller, parent-selected collection of audio without needing the physical cards could be fantastic at bedtime and when travelling. There are other improvements too, but the arrival of Gen 4 doesn’t suddenly make previous Yoto Players obsolete. They are still very capable audio players.
If Amazon heavily discounts an older model, I certainly wouldn’t rule it out simply because a newer generation now exists. You can read more about the differences in my Yoto Player 4th Gen and Yoto Mini 4th Gen review.
Look Out for Yoto Accessory Deals Too
Don’t just watch the Player prices. Accessories can add quite a lot to the cost when you’re setting up your first Yoto, so a good accessory or bundle discount can make a significant difference to the overall price. I’ll be watching for offers on things such as Adventure Jackets, headphones, charging accessories, travel cases and Yoto Card storage.
It’s worth comparing bundles carefully too. Sometimes a Player bundled with an accessory you were already intending to buy can offer better overall value than the cheapest standalone Player. Don’t Forget Yoto Cards
The Player is only part of the cost of getting started with Yoto, but you don’t need to build a huge card collection immediately. One of my favourite things about Yoto is the amount of additional content you can access without continually buying new cards.
You can make your own audio collections, add personal recordings and use Make Your Own Yoto Cards for a huge variety of content. Every new Player also comes with a Make Your Own card, which gives you plenty of opportunity to experiment before buying lots of additional cards. What About Yoto Club?
If you’re expecting to buy lots of Yoto Cards, it’s also worth understanding Yoto Club before you place a large order. There are currently several Yoto Club membership options and the benefits vary depending on which level you choose. Whether it saves you money will depend on how many cards you normally buy and how your family uses Yoto.

If you’re considering buying directly from Yoto during a promotion, it’s particularly worth checking the current Club benefits before you order.
Yoto Last Chance Deals
Another section I always check when looking for Yoto bargains is the Last Chance area on the Yoto website. These are titles that are leaving the catalogue, and there can sometimes be some excellent reductions.
Availability changes frequently, so I’m not going to list individual Last Chance cards here. Otherwise this Prime Day post would become out of date almost immediately. Instead, I keep the latest offers I find on my Yoto deals and promotions page. If there’s a particular title you’ve had your eye on, it’s definitely worth checking.
Tips for Shopping Yoto Prime Day Deals
The main thing I would avoid is buying something simply because Amazon tells you it’s a deal. Before Prime Big Deal Days begins, decide whether you would prefer a Yoto Player or Yoto Mini and whether the new Gen 4 features matter to you. That makes it much easier to judge an offer when you see one.
Compare Amazon with Yoto directly and look carefully at exactly what is included with any bundle. If you’re considering a previous-generation Player, compare the saving against the current Gen 4 price rather than looking only at the advertised percentage discount.
Think about accessories too. A slightly more expensive bundle that includes an Adventure Jacket or another accessory you already wanted could work out cheaper overall.
Finally, if you find exactly the deal you were hoping for, I wouldn’t necessarily leave it until the final few hours of the event. Particular colours, bundles and models can sell through during popular promotions. Most importantly, buy the Yoto that suits your family rather than automatically choosing the one with the biggest percentage discount.
Will There Be Better Yoto Deals on Black Friday?
Possibly – but we won’t know until the 2026 Black Friday offers are announced. Black Friday has previously been an important promotional period for children’s audio players, so anyone who isn’t in a rush will have another major shopping event after Prime Big Deal Days. The trade-off is that you won’t know in October exactly what the November prices will be.
If you see a strong Prime Big Deal Days offer on exactly the Player or bundle you want, particularly if you’re buying for Christmas, you’ll need to decide whether a possible later saving is worth waiting for.
