Prophetic Shift Ahead? John Eckhardt Reveals What He Sees for October 2026
The calendar may be turning to October, but Apostle John Eckhardt says believers should watch for far more than just another page to flip.
As 2026 enters its final quarter, Eckhardt is declaring that a season of new things, divine protection, answered prayer and long-awaited harvest could be at hand.
“God would do a new thing in the month of October,” Eckhardt prayed in a recent prophetic message.
His declaration comes as October marks the beginning of the final three months of the year: a window Eckhardt believes Christians should enter with faith and expectation.
Drawing from the biblical significance of the new moon, Eckhardt pointed out that ancient Israel intentionally marked the beginning of each new month. The shofar was blown, offerings were presented and the people gathered together, making the transition into a new month something worth recognizing.
Eckhardt made clear that he is not calling Christians back under Old Covenant requirements or demanding believers follow the Hebrew calendar. Rather, he says there is a spiritual principle worth recognizing: God is a God who makes things new.
For the believer, that could mean “new doors, new platforms, new influence, new grace, new favor, new power, new anointing” and even new revelation and wisdom.

But Eckhardt’s prophetic word does not stop with October.
“As you come to the next three months, as we come into the final quarter, October, November, December, your prayers will be answered,” he declared.
Eckhardt prayed for protection over families, restoration, renewed health, miracles, fresh ideas, financial provision and supernatural peace. He also declared that believers would experience a new season of favor and see long-awaited desires finally come to pass.
Perhaps most strikingly, Eckhardt described the final months of 2026 as a potential harvest season.
He prayed that October, November and December would bring “great harvest for all the seeds you’ve planted earlier this year,” declaring “harvest, multiplication, increase and abundance.”
The year may be entering its final stretch, but Eckhardt’s message is not one of winding down. It is one of looking forward.
For believers who have prayed, waited and wondered whether they would see movement before 2026 comes to a close, his message carries a simple challenge: Don’t assume that because the year is almost over, God is finished working.
The final quarter may just be where the new thing begins.
