Holiday Magic with Less Overwhelm

Welcome to YTF Community, a place to safely share in the challenges and joys of feeding our families. And make all of it easier!

This post is for the moms. Honestly, all of my posts are, but given how overwhelmed every mother in my life is right now, this one is really for the moms.

There is so much pressure to create memories, stick to traditions, and make all the magic for the kids. And I take this role very seriously as I am the adult in the family who is primarily responsible for this with my kids—so I’m actually not going to start this by saying you should just opt out.

I mean, you can of course opt out of anything this month that feels too hard or too stressful. But: We can also simply find easier way to do the things we want to do with and for our kids.

We can make the most of this season without burning ourselves out completely. Here’s my plan to simplify cooking, enjoy time with my kids, and make those holiday memories…all while staying sane.
